Developer Kalex has launched to market a new apartment project in a heritage street in the heart of Fitzroy.

The five-storey 166 Gertrude Street project has been designed by Jackson Clements Burrows (JCB) and will include 26 one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments, priced from $580,000 to $2.2M, with a 600sqm retail space on the ground floor.

Kalex has also collaborated with JCB and Rogerseller to create a custom-made range of bathroom fittings and fixtures. Kitchen fit-outs come courtesy of Italian manufactures Valcucine and come with Gaggenau appliances and Great Dane lighting packages.
