The last stage in the redevelopment of the Ryvita Biscuit Factory site in Camperdown is about to be released to the market.

Urban Camperdown (Urban) is a $250 million project by local developer Mark Mezrani and designed by award winning architects Allen Jack + Cottier.

The masterplanned community is located on the edge of the Sydney CBD in the heart of Camperdown. Urban will comprise 199 designer apartments and 15 three storey terrace homes across a family of five buildings with several offering city views. These range from five to seven levels and are intertwined with lush landscaped gardens and terrace homes.

Ben Hamblett, NSW & QLD Business Development Manager for Ausin Group's project marketing division said, "Urban is being built on one of the last remaining major development sites in Camperdown. This community which is nestled in a culturally diverse and eclectic area epitomises the very best of inner city living.
