ANGLE unveils $30m Hawthorn project

Developer ANGLE will be taking on Melbourne's inner-east, with the launch of a new $30 million apartment development on April 11.

Located on the corner of Power Street and Burwood Road, Hawthorn, Maple will comprise 51 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across six levels.

The development's design team includes Stokes Architects; interiors team, Studio You and Me; and landscape designers, Urban Common.

ANGLE Director Lachie Gibson said Maple was a joint venture project with respected Melbourne based developers, Buxton Group and ICD Property, and represented contemporary living.

“Maple delivers the perfect combination of location, amenity and contemporary design into one statement building," he said.

“Savvy buyers won’t underestimate this prime location with its opportunity to gain entry into this highly sought after suburb with all of the essentials already at your doorstep."Each apartment will offer views across Melbourne’s city skyline. A retail space will also be created at the base of the development and basement car parking will also be available for every residence.

Prices will start from $420,000 and range up to $1.15 million with construction scheduled to commence from mid-2015.

Maple is located at 121 Power Street, Hawthorn with the display suite open to the public from Saturday 11 April.
