The 53-storey building is valued at nearly $160 million and the 33 Rose Lane address comprises 641 apartments, a retail arcade and communal pool and gym.
A 4 Star Green Star Multi-Unit Residentail V1 Design rating is the goal for developers with the rating aimed to promote the design and construction of high-performance green residential developments.

Brookfield constructed the first two stages and is currently still building the third.
On completion, Upper West Side will offer 2,207 apartments across four towers, 34 retail tenancies, two swimming pools and gyms, a function room and the largest rooftop garden in the southern hemisphere.
The project will become one of Australias largest inner-city develops with the capability of housing 4,000 people.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, the new tower is the second-largest apartment development currently under construction in Melbourne.
Construction is expected to be finished by November 2016.
