Pier is the first building to launch in the third stage of the development by
Bluestone Property Solutions. The launch of the development saw sales of $32 million with 40 of the 55 apartments being sold.
Ian Bennett, Sales Director of Residential for selling agents
Colliers International said the response to Pier continued a strong year of sales at the project.
“The demand has been so strong at Woolooware Bay that we’ve brought forward residential stages around 12 months ahead of schedule. That’s a strong indicator of the market and the undersupply of great, well-priced apartments in this part of the Shire,” Mr Bennett said.
“Buyers have also responded to the quality and value of the community Bluestone and the Cronulla Sharks are creating.”
Created by award-winning architects
Turner, Pier is a stunning seven-storey building elevated four metres above its surroundings, creating beautiful views from all apartments.
James McCarthy, Turner architect, says Pier continues the attention-to-detail Woolooware Bay has delivered right from the beginning.
“Stage three of Woolooware Bay offers interiors and finishes equivalent to the high standards of previous stages, but with a definite difference that make the apartments unique. Pier is a continuation of the quality that has made Woolooware Bay so sought after,” Mr McCarthy said.
Construction started in November, with the first stage of residential apartments expected to completed by mid-2016.
The development, master planned by
Scott Carver, will include a rejuvenated foreshore, medical precinct, refurbished Sharks community club, shopping centre, remodelled stadium and around 600 apartments. Plans for a Men’s Shed and childcare centre have also been worked into Stage Three.
