Civic Properties has launched the $85 million Mason Apartments, a 138 apartment building over 6 levels set to bring the elements of city living to Seven Hills at an affordable price.
Located at 1-11 Olive Street and set within Civic Properties’ $250 million planned community ‘The Hills Village’, Mason Apartments exists to accomplish a vision of providing high quality apartments at an affordable price range that will attract a range of buyers, especially first home-buyers, according to Civic Properties Developments Manager Daniel Ferris.
The apartments were designed by GM Architects, with Fordree Design Group responsible for the interiors.
“Mason has been designed to complement the future characteristic of the rapidly growing area, while also providing comfort and luxury for residents," George Khouri of GM Architects said.
"The low-rise open plan designs allow an abundance of natural light into the apartments and large glass balconies seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living spaces."City living inspired features include exclusive resident-only facilities with an extensive private rooftop courtyard that will feature multiple BBQ areas with outdoor seating, landscaping and decking areas. Other resident facilities include a private gym and community/media room.
Apartments are available in a range of one, two and three bedroom configurations and all offer generous balconies of up to 58 square metres.
One bedroom apartments will be priced from $485,000 to $520,000 with internal areas ranging from 50 to 68 square metres. Two bedroom apartments start at $564,000 for a 75 square metre apartment and extend to $670,000 for 110 square metres. Three bedroom apartments range in price from $690,000 to $750,000 with internal sizes from 99 to 107 square metres.
Mason Apartments have been designed to maximise natural light, with most featuring large outdoor spaces with 'leafy district outlooks'.
When complete at the end of 2021, The Hills Village will be the first planned community in Seven Hills with 400 plus apartments to be delivered across four separate buildings.
The Hills Village will also feature extensive landscaping, community facilities and resident facilities such as media rooms and a private resident only use gym.
The Hills Village is also surrounded by Blacktown creek, parklands and shopping centres, as well as public and private schools.
Construction of Mason Apartments is set to commence in March, 2017 with expected completion in October, 2018.
Civic Properties has also announced it will offer a $20,000 First Home Owners Incentive for the first 20 qualifying purchasers at its Mason Apartments project in the growth area of Seven Hills.
The $20,000 incentive will be applicable on top of the Government-funded First Home Owner Grant scheme and is independently funded by the developer to meet the high demand for affordable housing in New South Wales and further help first-time buyers.
