Deicorp has launched South Village’s Panorama building in its $650 million mixed-use development in Kirrawee in Sydney’s Shire precinct.
It will feature 156 apartments over 13 levels with extensive views. The building also fronts a 9,000sq m park with access to a private landscaped podium garden.
Panorama’s launch follows the launch of the development’s Seascape building, now already 75% sold, 80% to local Shire and St George residents across a broad cross-section from young couples to first home buyers, downsizers and local tradespeople.
“South Village is one of the best value for money developments currently on the market in Sydney, with one bedroom apartments starting from $555k, making it the most affordable in the Sutherland Shire,” CBRE Managing Director, David Milton said.
He said it also offers convenience with its new retail centre featuring Coles and Aldi supermarkets and 27 specialty stores, restaurants and cafes owned and managed by Payce and Mirvac.
Deicorp has appointed architects Turner Studios to design South Village’s 749 1, 2 and 3 bedroom oversized apartments over seven buildings and capture the views of Sydney’s CBD, Botany Bay, Cronulla Beach and Royal National Park.
Kirrawee Train Station is only 180m away, connecting residents to the CBD in 33 minutes. Sydney airport is just 30 minutes away while Cronulla Beach is twelve minutes by train.
Construction has commenced on South Village with completion of Stage 1 forecast for completion in 3rd Quarter 2018 and the balance to be completed in 3rd Quarter 2019. The new shopping centre is expected to open mid-2018 in line with the first stage of the development.
