Developers Exceed Expectations With One A Erskineville Terrace Release

Time is running out to secure an apartment at One A Erskineville, which has sold more than 135 of its 175 available apartments.

The apartments’ increase in buyer enquiries, according to developers Abacus Property and Linear Group, is nothing short of overwhelming as One A Erskineville has also secured sales of its exclusive terrace release, which offers luxury living at an affordable price.

Conscious of a strong local owner-occupier market, and recognising the need to deliver a product at an affordable price, developers Abacus Property and Linear Group have introduced a limited number of penthouses, and now terrace homes, for final release before One A’s display suite demolition this August.

The consistent sales since its launch of 135 of 175 apartments can be chiefly attributed to the recent release of the newly appointed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses and terrace home offering.

Abacus Property and Linear Group believe success also stems from the apartments being outstanding products that embrace superior design and quality finishes.

The developers are producing one of the most interestingly designed and bespoke residential off-the-plan projects in Erskineville – a suburb going through significant rejuvenation with the development of one of the largest urban renewal precincts in Sydney, Ashmore Estate.

Having recently announced Richard Crookes Constructions as the builder for One A, the project is now under construction and due for completion in 2017.
