CBRE Residential Projects have announced that construction works have now commenced at South Brisbane's 'Fish Lane' apartment project.
As previously reported on TheUrbanDeveloper.com, the boutique project features 48 one and two bedroom apartments starting at $360,000 and $550,000 respectively.
It is understood the project has sold well with over 60% of apartments under contract or unconditional.
It is being developed by GDL Group, a company associated with former QIC development manager Anthony Doolin and Peter Gabriel.
The prime site, on the corner of Melbourne and Cordelia Streets in South Brisbane, was bought by GDL Group in early 2011 for $2.95 million from SSI Pty Ltd.
