Lang Walker’s twin-tower venture in suburban Brisbane is already 95 per cent sold ahead of expected completion in 2016.
Westmark Milton is a first in high-rise developments for the inner-city suburb.

Westmark Milton includes 277 apartments with ground-floor shops adjacent to the train station and 1990s retail and restaurant strip Park Road.
Pete Saba, Walker Corporation’s Queensland general manager
, told The Australian there were 15,000 workers within 10 minutes of the towers, which were 2 kilometres from the city and close to universities.
“The great location and surrounding amenities have contributed to a high demand for this product, along with the recovery of the Queensland market in 2014,” he said.
"International students, first-home owners and young professionals have bought into the complex.
