Dominic Sullivan is the General Manager of Payce Consolidated Limited, a listed property and investment company.
With more than 20 years' experience spanning the public and private sectors in property, legal, commercial and public roles. Mr Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and is a former commercial lawyer with the Crown Solicitor's Office, a Public Service Executive Agency related to the Department of Justice. Mr Dominic Sullivan served as Mayor of Randwick City for six years.
Since joining Payce Consolidated Limited in 2006 as Business Development Manager, Dominic Sullivan has been more recently active at Payce Consolidated Limited in the role of General Manager.
Presenting a visible profile, Mr Sullivan is a frequent representative of Payce and at many of Payce's Community Initiatives and Industry Award ceremonies.
Working with Payce Managing Director, Mr Brian Boyd, Mr Sullivan has been instrumental in many of Payce's prestige luxury residential apartment development projects.

Payce has been listed on the ASX since 1978. The main shareholder of listed developer Payce Consolidated. Mr Boyd is seeking to take the Sydney-based property development group private, valuing the company at about $250 million, in a show of faith in the city’s apartment boom.
In August, Payce reported a full year net profit of $84.3 million – on revenues of $378 million – appearing as one of the cheapest stocks on the ASX.

Payce was a corporate sponsor in 2015 of both the Engadine High’s F1 teams and the V8 Supercars race team.
The group, which is behind projects in Sydney apartment districts Wentworth Point and Victoria Park, has lodged plans with joint venture partner Sekisui House Australia, for a project including 5000 apartments.
The company is also working on other projects and joint ventures at Riverwood, Ermington and Kirrawee in Sydney but has sold out of West End in Brisbane.
Payce is still seeking more sites, even as prices rise across Sydney; earlier this year, the company was reported as a contender for another $350m slice of Wentworth Point.
Payce last April won approval for an off-market buyback at $9.80 per share of about one-third of its shares which helped Mr Boyd lift his interest in the company.
An earlier buyout scheme was rejected by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
