Mirvac, in partnership with Woods Bagot, have transformed a series of old bank vaults into state of the art end of trip facilities at its flagship asset, 367 Collins in Melbourne.
Originally built for the Commonwealth Bank in 1973, 367 Collins is a 32 level commercial tower between Elizabeth and Queen Streets in Melbourne. Home to key tenants Optus, and Sportsbet, the newly renovated facilities and bike parking area are a creative reuse of the previously unused vault space in the bottom of the building.
Owner and developer, Mirvac, purchased 367 Collins Street with the objective to employ a sustainable approach to revitalising the asset.
