Mirvac Offloads Port Melbourne Property

GM-Holden

Developer Mirvac Group has sold the headquarters for GM Holden in Port Melbourne for more than $85 million.

The property at 191-197 Salmon Street has been purchased by developer Altis Property Partners, according to a report in The Australian Financial Review.

The 23,960sqm site includes a three-level, 21,763sqm building that provides ground and two upper levels of office accommodation with an attached multi-level car park with under cover parking for 1,055 vehicles.

[urbanRelatedPost][/urbanRelatedPost]The property generates income of $8,969,035 per annum and has a 3.5 star NABERS energy rating.

The property is located approximately three kilometres from Melbourne.

Colliers International's James Quigley and James Barber and CBRE's Josh Cullen and Michael Andrews were the agents that negotiated the deal.
