Frasers Property Australia has unveiled a new collection of brand new homes at Fairwater, named 'The Playground Collection' given their proximity to the community’s future children’s playground.
Positioned to the west of the community, The Playground Collection includes a variety of home designs and sizes including two, three, four and five bedroom homes and terraces.
Frasers Property Australia General Manager of NSW Residential Nigel Edgar said The Playground Collection's immediate amenity is tailor-made for families.
“This latest release of homes will especially appeal to families with young children who will love growing up next to the playground and learn-to-ride bike track.
“Construction on the bike track will begin later this year and, when it’s completed in 2018, this pocket of Fairwater will be a great place for neighbours to catch up and interact," Mr Edgar said.
Homes in The Playground Collection feature an open plan design with the indoor living area flowing through to the outdoor space providing a continuation of the home.
The Playground Collection also features a new home product, The Hepburn, which will feature two bedrooms secure parking and a private courtyard.
“We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our residents and we continually research the ways we’re able to improve and maximise the aesthetic value and functionality of the homes,” Mr Edgar said.
“For instance, each new home in The Playground Collection will feature SMEG appliances.
"In terms of aesthetics, we’ve redesigned the tiles and splashbacks in the bathrooms and kitchens.
"These fresh changes will be incorporated into the display village homes and will be seen later this year.
"Our design team are flexible and responsive to market feedback to reflect our buyers’ wants and needs,” Mr Edgar said.
When complete, the 38.5 hectare Fairwater community will comprise around 1000 homes, all opening to a picturesque outdoor environment that incorporates landscaped parks, lakes and ponds. There’s also boardwalks, a learn-to-ride bike track, play areas for growing families created from natural materials and a series of pramways and walkways.
