Developers Kincaid Projects and Optimus Developments have teamed up to bring a new 68-apartment development to the growing suburb of Thornbury.
Located at the Thornbury/Preston junction and situated at 9 High Street, Nine High will feature 68 apartments over seven levels.
There will be a choice of one, two or three bedroom designs, with prices starting from $ 299,000 for a single bedroom to $450,000 for a two bedroom. All apartments offer two bathrooms and come with car parking. They each feature a double-sized pantry, extra large balconies for entertaining and attractive garden features.
Interior designer Wendy Bergman of Eades & Bergman, who designed eateries including Kong, Meatball & Wine Bar, has included artisinal detailing in the apartment with custom-made metal pocket shelving in the bathrooms, the bento box-inspired vanity tops and a wine rack storage in the kitchen.
