Poly (Australia) Real Estate is launching the second stage of its landmark development, ‘Poly Horizon’ in Epping on 7th May at the project’s Display Suite at Level 2, 16-18 Cambridge Street in Epping.
Designed by architects PTW, the second stage of
Poly Horizon features 266 apartments across two striking towers. It will also feature 1000sqm of ground level retail including a proposed childcare centre and 3,500sqm of community and green space.
Poly Marketing Director Philip Best, says the launch of Poly Horizon’s second stage comes soon after a highly successful response from the market for stage one.
“As one of the most significant mixed-use projects in northern Sydney, we’ve seen a high level of interest in Poly Horizon,” Mr Best said.
“With 83% selling out of the first stage within five hours of launch, we’ve decided to build on that momentum and fast track the second stage to May.”
The second stage of the project will see studio apartments starting from $420,000, one-bedroom + study apartments starting from $555,000, two-bedroom apartments from $820,000 and three-bedroom apartments from $1.4 million.
Poly Horizon offers residents a wealth of local amenity including access to major regional shopping centres, education, health and lifestyle facilities. The project is only 300 metres from the recently refurbished Epping rail and bus stations and is a 25-minute commute to the Sydney CBD.
Epping is one of Sydney’s most school-oriented suburbs with seven schools and education facilities including Epping Boys High, James Ruse High, Cheltenham Girls, Epping North Public School, Karonga School and Eastwood Heights Public School.
