Developer Aveo to launch the next phase of its $380 million Rochedale Estates project in Brisbane’s south.
The fifth instalment, The Grange at Rochedale Estates, will comprise 120 homesites and will feature a mix of house and land packages as well as land-only options.
Aveo Senior Development Manager Troy Thompson said The Rochedale Estates had been met with an enthusiastic buyer response.
“The first three stages have sold out and we are down to just a handful of lots left in the first release of the Grange at Rochedale Estates,” Mr Thompson said.
“During the past six months we have been selling homes faster than we can build them.
“People have been on a waiting list for up to a year in anticipation for this penultimate release.”
The Grange at Rochedale Estates will be offered in two further releases prior to Christmas with civil works due to commence later this year.
Mr Thompson said the price point and location was driving sales at The Rochedale Estates.
“The Rochedale Estates is now home to more than 500 families,” Mr Thompson said.
“Buyers are recognising the incredible buying opportunity to position themselves within the city’s southern growth corridor – just 17 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD.
Blocks range from 323sqm to 865sqm with prices starting from $375,000.
The Rochedale Estates features a $5.5 million lifestyle centre with two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a fully equipped gymnasium, café, barbecue facilities, function room, business centre, residents’ lounge and theatrette.
The project is being rolled out in six stages.
