Property developer Romeciti has announced a new development of over $450 million for Sydney’s innovation precinct at Macquarie Park, Natura.
Boasting 357 apartments, Natura by Romeciti will incorporate the latest in green living, smart luxury and open spaces.
Romeciti Development Manager Loughlin Jordan said the project was designed to marry deluxe apartment living with an abundance of open spaces and luxurious communal amenities, which is exactly what the community wants.
“Our inspiration behind the unique design was creating a ‘big home, bigger community’ environment," he said.
"We wanted to really connect apartment living with the outdoors, right in the middle of the innovation precinct that is Macquarie Park.”
Architectus was responsible for designing Natura, with living and communal space interiors designed by Elenberg Fraser, and landscaping designed by Aspect Studios.
The communal spaces have been specifically designed for the astute homeowner in mind. The entire ground floor was dedicated to communal amenities rather than more apartments, and Mr Jordan said the salt-water pool, spa, fully equipped gym and yoga room along with a meditation zone were just the appetisers.
Natura will include five star amenities like a wine cellar, business lounge with a separate courtyard and its own library.
“Our customers expect the best quality products, the most outstanding finishes and other features that others don’t have," Mr Jordan said.
Natura also features a Master Club, which includes a bookable function room, high end dining area, kitchen and outdoor bar.
The apartments in Natura feature the latest in smart living, like the Samsung smart door locks and electric car charges in the car park area.
The outdoor communal spaces feature dining areas with fire pit, an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area, reflective pool and a ground floor garden featuring Australian native plants, including mature flame trees and a fruit garden.
Mr Jordan said Natura takes full advantage of its location; conveniently close to the CBD, world-class shopping centre, great schools and Sydney’s bush land backyard.
“Macquarie Park is definitely an area to watch," he said.
Natura is expected to be completed in 2020.
