ASX-listed Slater & Gordon has signed a $17 million deal to lease a brand new head office in Brisbane, the Australian Financial Review reported.
The law firm will move into more than 3300 sqm of commercial space in the 192 Ann Central office tower, which is owned by Japanese billionaire Katsumi Tada.
The firm will lease the space for 10 years. According to the Australian Financial Review, market sources claimed the rate was more than $580 per sq m per year.

Slater & Gordon will also take signage rights and the mezzanine level of the office tower.
Slater & Gordon's current lease is due to expire in December this year and it will move into the new premises in September.
The deal was negotiated by Colliers International and Knight Frank with King Independent Property Advisers' Damien King advising Slater & Gordon.
