Ipswich suburb Springfield Lakes has recorded the largest number of house sales in Queensland for the past quarter.
Proptech firm InfoTrack’s latest Property Market Update has listed the highest-volume suburbs for the June 2025 quarter.
InfoTrack Australia property head Lee Bailie said that Caboolture beat out Springfield Lakes in the March 2025 quarter.
“Springfield Lakes is a suburb that continues to gain traction due to its blend of lifestyle, community and affordability,” Bailie said.
Nearby Redbank Plains also made the top 10 at number four with Ormeau coming in third.
In Brisbane, inner-city demand affected apartment sales with Newstead in the top 10 at second place for the first time since Q2, 2024.
“Newstead, a highly sought-after suburb just 3km from the Brisbane CBD, has several significant strata projects under way which are attracting more buyers to the area who seek the benefits of vibrant inner-city living,” Bailie said.
On the Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise reclaimed the No.1 location for apartment sales last quarter.
