An eight-storey development of 60 apartments in Stones Corner will be launched this month by R&W Projects and is the latest offering from developer and builder Lantona.
Oxy will offer 15 one-bedroom apartments, 41 two bedroom and four three-bedroom apartments.
One bedrooms are priced from $389,000 on 56 sqm, two bedrooms from $514,500 for 78 sqm and three bedrooms from $695,000 for 101 sqm.
Buyers of the three bedroom apartments will be offered the option to work with Lantona’s interior designer to customise interiors to their personal choice.
Lantona Managing Director Andrew Hanna says Oxy has been designed to cater to the needs and desires of young professionals who are drawn to the village atmosphere that is transforming the inner-Brisbane suburb.
“Stones Corner is right on the cusp of becoming Brisbane’s most fashionable new suburb,” says Mr Hanna.
“It’s got a great village vibe, a real sense of community and the Brisbane City Council’s neighbourhood plan for the area is only going to enhance that.
