Developer Gordon Corp has launched land estate, Hidden Valley, at Tallebudgera, on the southern Gold Coast to supply smaller housing lots in the popular semi-rural suburb.
Hidden Valley comprises 25 lots ranging between 600 square metres to 821 square metres and priced from $295,000.
It is the first land subdivision in the area in 10 years and the debut residential project for the company, linked to Gold Coast property identity Tim Gordon.
Gordon Corp Marketing Manager Bianca Gordon
said the estate would target young families and existing Tallebudgera residents wanting to downsize off acreage without leaving the area.
“There’s currently nothing available here for people who want to move off their acreage property to something more manageable in the same location,” she said.
“As a result there’s pent-up demand for smaller blocks which has prompted us to bring Hidden Valley to the market.”
Adam Young and Chris Wolters, of Professionals Black and Young Burleigh Heads
, have been appointed as sales and marketing agents for the project.
“There’s huge unmet demand from people who are keen to live in this area without the expense and maintenance of acreage property," Mr Young said.
“Unfortunately there’s been nothing new rolled out in the area for years, so people have had to look at acreage or the few existing small lot properties.
“At present there is no vacant land on the market less than 1.5 acres in Tallebudgera and the majority of vacant blocks are well over two acres.
“Hidden Valley will be a very welcome addition to the market given the attractive price bracket and the lack of similar-sized parcels."Civil works are due to start in the coming weeks.
