We are optimistic about the future.
Why do we do what we do?
Urbanisation is both the greatest challenge and opportunity facing our planet over the next century.
More people now live in cities than in rural areas around the world, and that number is climbing rapidly.
Today, over 50% of the world’s population live in urban areas and this is likely to reach 70% by 2050.
Our role at The Urban Developer is to facilitate the conversation in a real, sensible and meaningful way to ensure that the challenges are met and the opportunities are realised.
Founded by a team driven by their passion for property and urban development, at the core of what we do is a commitment to build curiosity through showcasing the very best of urban development.
We believe that by showcasing the very best of property and urban development, we will encourage the industry to strive for the very best built environment outcomes.

Whilst completing his studies in architecture and journalism he formed his own business writing for artists around the world, helping them showcase their art and tell their stories.
