Two major Chinese development groups have joined forces to bring a new style of innovative luxury apartment living to the prestigious North Shore suburb of Roseville.
Longton Group and Chiwayland have received approval for their 220-apartment project The Uptown, which will contain features previously unavailable in this traditionally conservative area.
The Uptown will be built on 1.37-hectares at 1-31 Victoria Street, opposite Roseville College and just a two minute walk from Roseville Railway Station and an active shopping strip. Just a few minutes south - is the Chatswood CBD.
The Uptown is an exclusive $200-million-plus development of six buildings in individual garden settings. The design is boutique and low-rise to blend into the picturesque suburb that marks the transition from the busier Lower North Shore to the much quieter Upper North Shore.
