2025 Finalists: The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence

The Urban Developer has today announced the finalists for The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence, presented in partnership with Trilogy Funds.

The awards program has again drawn an exceptional response from across Australia and New Zealand — this year attracting the highest number of submissions to date and resulting in more than 200 finalists across 28 categories.

Winners will be announced at a black-tie gala event on July 30 at The Star Gold Coast, as part of Urbanity-25.

Details on ticketing for finalists and partners will be released soon.
