Melbourne Lawyer Plots Dandenong Highrise

Rise Architecture's design for 27PD's apartment project at 27 Princes Highway in Dandenong, Victoria.

A Melbourne-based lawyer has filed plans for an apartment highrise in satellite city Dandenong, south-east of Melbourne.

Nick Terziovski’s company 27PD lodged the application with the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning for an 18-storey tower at 27 Princes Highway.

The 734sq m site borders the Dandenong Market and would comprise 97 apartments plus 216sq m of retail space on the ground floor.

Plans by Rise Architecture show a communal terrace on the first floor, accessible apartments and bathrooms, and three basement levels with 31 carparking spaces.

CoreLogic property records show that the site last changed hands for $2.3 million in December, 2021.

ASIC records show that 27PD’s sole director is Nikola Terziovski.

Terziovski is also the founder and director at legal firm Nicholas James Lawyers at Essendon—the firm’s address is also listed on the ASIC records for 27PD.

27PD's building on Princes Highway in Dandenong will have 18 storeys and 97 apartments.

The Urban Developer contacted Terziovski for comment for this report.

Developers including Capital Alliance have focused on Dandenong of late, keen to be a part of a revamp of the satellite city under the Revitalising Central Dandenong project in partnership with Development Victoria.
