Grocon’s 6 Star Green Star 480 Queen Street high rise has opened. The new home of PwC, BHP and many Brisbane legal firms, the development boasts a public park on level four and an open area on its roof top terrace lined with trees.
The building will be unveiled by Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk at an event held at the Grove, with Lord Mayor Graeme Quirk, Grocon Chief Executive Officer Carolyn Viney, and DEXUS Property Group (DEXUS) CEO, Darren Steinberg officiating.
