But before we do that, we thought we would take a look at some of the reasons we're celebrating this year, including several projects and collaborations that Elenberg Fraser have contributed to this year.
1. Reinventing the Valley with Gurner TM
Fortitude Valley is undergoing a major transformation as the construction of Gurner’s iconic FV Stage 1 races ahead. Construction of Stage 2 is due to commence early 2017, and will complete this precinct defining project.
An adjoining site on Alfred Street received development approval and will remain in the pipeline for the next cycle.
2. Continued success with Aria Property Group
A strong relationship between Brisbane’s ARIA Property Group and Elenberg Fraser continues to grow with continued success across several projects.
The prestigious Oxley & Stirling in South Brisbane is nearing completion in early 2017, and a highly anticipated development on Mooloolaba Esplanade will set a new standard for beachfront living with development approval in the pipeline.

3. Shaking up Main Beach with Winten Property Group
A striking proposed development in Main Beach will offer a new model for tourists and residents alike, with the proposed development seeking to redefine destination tourism on the Gold Coast.
4. Raising the bar for Brisbane luxury with Pointcorp
Elenberg Fraser and Pointcorp have been fostering a new relationship throughout 2016. The two teams are currently working together on an exciting opportunity to develop a new benchmark for luxury residential development which will build upon their respective track records. Stay tuned!
5. Pursuing city-defining projects with Adam Geha and the team at EG
The team at EG and Elenberg Fraser have engaged in the pursuit of city-defining projects in south east Queensland, with a particular focus on brownfield sites alongside new or upgraded infrastructure.
