Lexington, the residential release of stage one in West Village will launch on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at public events in Brisbane and Sydney by property developer Sekisui House Australia.
Designed by award winning architects Hayball, Lexington comprises 192 apartments set within 14 residential levels, and part of West Village's offer of a mix of apartments, townhouses and penthouses which will combine with galleries, boutiques and restaurants set among green laneways, squares and parks.
Public green spaces fronting both Boundary Street and Mollison Street will draw people into the centre of the village where two heritage ice-cream factory buildings are located.

The site is bound by Mollison Street, Boundary Street, Wilson Street and Little Jane Street, West End. Apartments will start from $398,000 for a one bedroom residence.
