The Makris Group has placed the City Cross Shopping Centre and adjoining office tower 32 Grenfell Street - one of Adelaide's biggest redevelopment opportunities - on the market.
Marketing agents JLL expect the property will fetch more than $120 million, The Australian Financial Review reported.
Located in Adelaide’s Rundle Mall, City Cross comprises a combined 10,524 square metres of core retail and commercial floor space, set on a site of 6,779 sqm.
The property offers opportunities for redevelopment. Subject to DAC approval, the development could comprise the existing retail, a 22,490 square metre commercial office tower, 316 residential apartments and a 56 bed student accommodation tower.
