Australia’s largest diving store, Adreno has leased a freestanding warehouse facility in Alexandria for its first Sydney premises.
The 688sqm property, located at 678 Botany Road, features high clearance warehouse space, excellent access and exposure to Botany Road, modern well-presented office, showroom and reception areas, and generous car parking.
Mark Silva of CBRE negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Chinwah. The tenant committed to a five-year term on an initial rental of $155,000 net per annum plus GST.
Mr. Silva said the tenant was attracted to the property’s strategic position in one of Sydney’s most prominent industrial hubs and its ample exposure to Botany Road.
“The site's location within the heart of Alexandria was particularly appealing to Adreno, due to the convenience of servicing its clients across the Sydney region.”
