Anew Rockdale Records Strong Sales At VIP Launch


Developer Knightsbridge’s $62million-plus mixed-use development Anew Rockdale in Sydney’s south is set to revitalise and transform the area after reports of strong success at the project's VIP sales launch on August 20.
Over 30 per cent of Anew's 86 apartments were sold within the first hour and the project is expected to reach over 50 per cent within the week. The project is set across 11 storeys.

CBRE Director Colin Griffin said the morning was a great success resulting in sales across all product types including 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with two-bedroom apartments including car parking available for under $700,000.


"Buyers were really impressed with the design of the apartments - no matter which direction the apartment faced, all were designed to maximise natural light throughout. Buyers also saw the added benefit of the rooftop common area - all residents can take in the great city views and bay views on offer," he said.

Buyers were also drawn to the community feel of Rockdale.

"The diversity of cultures and the fantastic dining experiences. Rockdale is an undiscovered 'pocket' of Sydney with outstanding growth potential with established infrastructure, the train link to the City, short distance to Brighton le Sands beach walks, high performance schools and St George Hospital.
