Anu Corp Adds Storeys for Geelong West Remix
Developer Anu Corp has added three floors as part of its plans for a mixed-use project at a site in the heart of Geelong West, in Victoria along the Corio Bay waterfront.
The developer initially filed plans for the 2202sq m site at 5-11 Mercer Street, Geelong, in May 2023.
The proposal comprised a nine-storey building with 73 apartments, four townhouses, resident amenities and three levels of basement carparking.
