Australia's property market continues to go from strength to strength, with a number of inner-city suburbs across Australia experiencing huge growth over the last 12 months.

With the current boom hitting the market it may be tempting to buy an investment property. For many this means purchasing a small investment unit in a great location.

Research by CoreLogic RP Data and realestate.com.au have released their figures on the fastest growing suburbs in Australia, specifically looking at two to three bedroom investment units.
