Singapore-based developer Aspial World Class Land's new 57-floor residential tower in the heart of the Melbourne CBD is set to bring a Singaporean sensibility to Australian luxury property.

Designed by Elenberg Fraser architects, the 167 metre high tower at 54 A'Beckett Street features a striking weave-like pattern and tinted glass exterior.
