Within mere hours of its release, 15 lots were sold from AVID Property Group’s Bloomdale project in Diggers Rest.
This response is apparently something of a common occurrence, as AVID Victorian projects has seen the developer sell out its land state-wide.
AVID’s portfolio in Victoria includes two residential communities Bloomdale in Diggers Rest and Savana in Wyndham Vale, one mixed-use development Evans Park in Cranbourne West featuring its innovative Duo product designed as a live-work home, and one industrial project Link360 Industrial Park in Truganina.
Wyndham Vale's Savana has also proved popular with more than 100 of its 625 lots sold. The upcoming Lakefield release is expected to sell quickly and will include 17 lots ranging from 448m2 to 512m2 and priced from $199,900.
Savana offers buyers custom home and land packages from some of Melbourne’s most respected home builders and an urban- connected country lifestyle, with a 35 minute train ride to the CBD creating an easy commute for residents.
AVID plans to release new land releases for both Bloomdale and Savana and will be opening its Duo display homes built by Zuccala Homes in October with high levels of interest anticipated.
AVID Property Group’s General Manager in Victoria, Paul O’Brien, attributes the strong results to the developer’s focus on supplying high quality, well priced land to buyers in Victoria’s key growth corridors.

Bloomdale's next release will include nine Town Home house and land packages at the end of September.
The residential development located just 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD and close to the new Digger’s Rest train station, offers a convenient and cost effective location, and will eventually house over 3,800 residents on 1,400 lots.
