Residential property developer, AVJennings, has released stage one of the masterplanned estate,
Arcadian Hills, in the township of Cobbity in NSW, 60 kilometres south west of Sydney.
The masterplanned community comprises 457 country residences and allotments.
The first stage comprises 6 single and double story, house and land packages starting from $595,000.
“We are excited to be launching Arcadian Hills and commencing stage one construction, which will be a unique addition to the growth in the Camden LGA," Alan Soutar, Executive General Manager for AVJennings NSW said.
“The Arcadian Hills site was once home to a small village clustered around a historic homestead, with everyone from a blacksmith to a brickmaker and their families sharing a thriving community. Today, Arcadian Hills adjoins a 500 acre heritage area, providing never-to-be-built out neighbouring green pastures and bushland,” said Mr Soutar.
A fitness trail and cycleway will be included, as well as ‘Village Green’ areas and playground facilities.
Arcadian Hills will offer land-only sales in later stage releases.
