AVJennings Unveils 'Next Generation' Homes To Meet Demand

L

The appeal of terrace and semi-detached living is spreading beyond inner Sydney, with AVJennings unveiling a new collection of homes designed and adapted to suit today's modern families.

AVJennings General Manager NSW George Diniakos said, "We find that more of today's buyers are searching for a home that suits a busy lifestyle. Terrace and semi-detached housing captures the best of both worlds; offering the ease of apartment living with the added benefit of space, storage and outdoor living areas yet without the high maintenance associated with detached homes.""AVJennings terrace and semi-detached homes meet the needs of our customers, allowing them to enjoy the lifestyle they deserve," Mr Diniakos said.

In response to growing demand, AVJennings has added four-bedroom terraces and semi-detached homes to the diverse housing mix at Arcadian Hills, the new master-planned community at Cobbitty.

Design Manager for AVJennings NSW Richard Baker explained that this next generation of homes comes with a twist.

"We've adapted the traditional form of terrace and semi-detached homes to meet all the needs of an evolving modern family lifestyle. The spacious, open plan kitchens, light filled living spaces, outdoor entertainment areas, and multiple storage spaces give the feeling of free-standing home living with all the benefits. Clever design also ensures a level of privacy not traditionally associated with terraces and semis."The terraces and semi-detached homes at Arcadian Hills are proving a hit with buyers. Set within the historic township of Cobbitty, conveniently close to Oran Park shopping centre, Arcadian Hills terraces are priced from $594,950 while the semi-detached homes are priced from $663,000.

"Regardless of the style or type of homes, it's the unique lifestyle on offer that makes Arcadian Hills so appealing. Residents will enjoy the diverse range of outdoor amenities such as the park, sheltered picnic areas, walkways, an outdoor fitness circuit, children's playgrounds and an off-leash dog area. AVJennings is very proud to create communities such as Arcadian Hills," Mr Diniakos said.
