Beulah Forks Out $17.5m For Domain Site With Apartment Permit

Local developer Beulah International has acquired a rare South Yarra site in the highly coveted Domain Precinct for $17.5 million.

Located at 146 Toorak Road West, the site comes with a planning permit for 14 luxury apartments.

The South Yarra project will join Beulah International’s growing portfolio, following the recent acquisition of an Ivanhoe site for $5.7 million and their benchmark project Gardenhill in Doncaster Hill, which is currently under construction and slated for completion later this year.
