Project Focus: Blackburne's Aria Setting The Standard In Swanbourne

One of the largest apartment developments in Perth’s desired western suburbs is progressing with completion of the 156 apartment Aria project expected in July 2016.

Located in one of Perth’s most exclusive beachside precincts alongside the Cottesloe Golf Course and near Swanbourne Beach, Aria Luxury Apartments is being developed by Perth-based developer Blackburne Property Group, which has completed a suite of integrated apartment projects in Western Australia. Aria is situated on the corner of Alfred Road and Milyarm Rise, Swanbourne.

In conjunction with Hillam Architects and construction company Probuild, Blackburne are delivering sophisticated living at Aria with a distinct resort-style feel.

A wide range of generously-sized apartments have been designed and set on the amongst tranquil, lush gardens.

A mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments are available and accompanied by an infinity pool, concierge lobby and 6 star resort-style facilities. Prices for the remaining apartments start from $495,000 - 1 bed, 1 bath; $770,000 - 2 bed, 2 bath; $995,000 - 3 bed; and penthouses priced from $2,100,000.

Aria features a timber-panelled ground floor lobby, stylish rooftop sky gardens and deep balconies and screens allowing for privacy and offering a variety of views including Perth’s CBD, the surrounding coast, parklands and golf course.

Founder and managing director of Blackburne, Paul Blackburne, says that “The common facilities have been designed to match the six-star resorts seen around the south of France and South East Asia.

"Our third level infinity pool will have panoramic views over the western suburbs to the city, along with yoga rooms, massage rooms, sauna, a steam room, gym, private dining rooms, opulent lounge areas, wine cellars, sundecks and barbecue areas.

“Our target market has been mostly local residents wanting to move to a more secure, new luxury home with outstanding resort-style facilities and panoramic views from all rooms.”

According to Hillam Architects: "The development exceeds the requirements of the design guidelines by achieving an average 6.5-star Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) rating. In keeping with our environmental philosophy, various progressive systems are employed to ensure appropriate and practical sustainability."
