Bondi Development Maison Blanc Sells 10 of 16 Apartments On Release

e

Newly released Bondi boutique development

Maison Blanc has received phenomenal response selling 10 of its exclusive 16 only apartments during first release to market.

Developed by

 Fiducia Property Group and

Manning Property Development, Maison Blanc is located on the corner of Old South Head Road and Roe Street in Sydney’s Bondi.

Comprising 16 one- and two-bedroom apartments, each has open plan living, whitewashed interiors and sun-soaked balconies or terraces.

The North facing development was first released on 1st March with a VIP launch and has appealed to buyers looking to downsize and offers relaxed indoor and outdoor living with views across The Royal Sydney Golf Course to the city.

CBRE Residential Projects Associate Director, Colin Griffin says, “Perfectly set back from the hustle and bustle, Maison Blanc puts residents only moments to the famous sands of Bondi Beach, coastal walks and a vibrant café lifestyle. Boasting the ultimate in convenience and location, the development offers boutique living at its best.”

Project Development Manager and Interior Designer for Fiducia Property Group, Marie Doyle says, “Designed with complete luxury in mind, apartments at Maison Blanc create a stylish sanctuary with striking interiors finished with imported Italian tiles, marble bench tops, sleek matt white tap ware, European oak timber floors, luxe goat hair carpets and Smeg appliances.”

Completion of Maison Blanc is expected in early 2015.
