Broadway On Ann Project Reaches Completion

The Brisbane apartment market has become a little larger with the completion of Broadway on Ann in Fortitude Valley.

With the official completion last week, settlements across Broadway on Ann’s 247 sold-out apartments, are now underway.

In addition to extensive residential facilities including a rooftop deck and pool, international luxury bedroom retailer De Rucci has commenced its fitout on the ground floor retail.

Metro General Manager of Sales and Marketing Peter Hobbs said Broadway on Ann was already appealing to the young professional rental market due to its location and facilities.

“We are thrilled to bring Broadway on Ann to the Brisbane market. With settlements now underway we have kicked off the rental campaign for the project and while it’s still early days we have received significant enquiries from quality tenants who want new apartments close to the city that also deliver great resident facilities," Mr Hobbs said.

“The apartments at Broadway on Ann have been designed specifically for the Queensland lifestyle, featuring floor to ceiling bi-fold alfresco windows to allow residents to take advantage of our fantastic weather.

"We have also installed central air-conditioning and acoustic glazing to ensure residents are comfortable all year round.”

Mr Hobbs said Broadway on Ann’s prominent location was not only attractive to residents but also retailers vying for the ground floor retail space “The location on Ann Street, one of the key roads leading into the city, saw strong demand for the available ground floor retail space,” Mr Hobbs said.

“We are thrilled that international bedroom retailer De Rucci has chosen Broadway on Anne to open their first Queensland store. With the lease now unconditional, internal fitout is now underway ahead of their opening in early November.”
