Brookfield Multiplex has been appointed as sole contractor to construct the iconic
Greenland Centre Residential Tower at 115 Bathurst Street in Sydney’s CBD.
The $800 million development is set to be the tallest residential tower on Sydney’s skyline with 67 levels, and will include 480 apartments in one, two and three bedroom configurations with spectacular sub-penthouse and penthouse residences.

The development will retain its existing basement car parking and will also include seven levels of above ground parking.

Woods Bagot the tower features a unique blend of indoor-outdoor connection with revolutionary “Sydney Balconies”. Glass-fronted balconies will protect from wind and noise whilst timber flooring brings the outdoors in, creating a sense of being on a verandah.
