Mirvac’s Harcrest is close to sell-out after five years, with purchasers snapping up allotments in the Wantirna South masterplanned community’s latest release over the weekend.
Located in Melbourne's south east, the 56.2 hectare site will comprise a total of 900 lots and be home to more than 2,000 residents upon completion in 2017.
Mirvac Group’s Head of Residential John Carfi said each land release at Harcrest had been highly successful since the community’s launch in 2010.
“We have seen families and friends within the community buying again in this final release. Some have realised the strong investment opportunity, while others have seen how great community living is at Harcrest."Since January, Mirvac has released approximately 930 lots in Melbourne with the launch of three new projects; Tullamore in Doncaster, Woodlea in Melbourne’s west and Jack Road in bayside Cheltenham, with successful launches achieved across the board.
