Bondi Junction Developments Experience Sales Success on Launch

Two new developments in Bondi Junction have experienced relative off the plan sales success following their August launches.

Both developments are due for completion in the second half of 2019.
Grand Bondi Junction

Iris Capital's $70m+ residential development Grand Bondi Junction officially launched 19 August.

Designed by architects Bates Smart the development has experienced early sales success, selling 17 out of 39 apartments, two-bedroom apartments were the most popular, with the highest priced apartment selling for $2.5 million.

Located in the southern end of Bondi Junction, CBRE Director Ben Stewart said buyers were attracted to the location of Grand Bondi Junction.

Grand Bondi Junction is close to Bondi Beach and the Centennial Parklands, as well as key amenities like Westfield Bondi Junction and independent boutiques of Woollahra and Paddington. Residents will also have doorstep access to schools and transportation at the Bus and Train Interchange 250 metres away.

Project completion is expected for 2019.
"NewLife" Bondi Junction
TWT Property’s new residential development, NewLife Bondi Junction, has officially launched with 70% of apartments already sold.

The development's launch saw a variety of buyers including locals from around the area along with owner occupiers seeking to upgrade and secure an apartment in the residential enclave.

“Our buyers have been attracted to the iconic location of NewLife as it is perfectly situated between the beach and the CBD," Colliers International Director of Project Marketing David Chittenden said.

“We’ve found a great degree of interest from local buyers across all age ranges who were either ready to upgrade to a product with a high level of finish [along with] downsizers who found that the efficient floorplans meant that they would enjoy the same level of comfort and space as a full sized family home,” he added.

The heritage façade and re-adaptation of the heritage terraces has been retained, meshed with metal cladding and vertical louvered screens. They filter light to living spaces, offer privacy and protect from the afternoon sun without impacting views to Centennial Park, the city skyline or all the way to Botany Bay.

Construction of NewLife Bondi Junction is expected to commence this month with completion expected in the second half of 2019.
