Canal Front Lots Released On Stradbroke

The Stradbroke dream may now be a reality for some as QM Properties announced the release of canal front lots on South Stradbroke Island.

The community of South Stradbroke Island Waters sits on the former site of the Couran Point Resort, which was opened in 2000 and operated on the island for 13 years before the decision was made to transform the land into an exclusive and private residential development to harness the tranquil beauty of the island.
