Castle Group’s 15 New Hires and $1.76m to Charity

As one of north-west Sydney’s leading developers and with 40-plus DAs successfully secured within Blacktown LGA, Castle Group is committed to transforming the region and enhancing the quality of life for its residents.

Castle Group’s dedication to community enhancement is mirrored by its commitment to internal growth and transformation. While their charitable efforts continue to create a positive impact in the wider community, the company has also embarked on a comprehensive journey of self-improvement.

With a robust portfolio of 49 completed and current projects in the area and more than 1000 lots worth circa $900 million still to come by 2027, and a further 1000 lots valued at over $1 billion by 2032, Castle Group continues to shape communities of this vibrant region.

Perera Foundation donates over $1.7m to charities

Beyond its development ventures, Castle Group, through its charitable arm, the Perera Foundation, has donated over $1,700,000 to hundreds of charitable causes and community events over the past decade, mainly in Sydney’s north-west.

This substantial contribution underscores Castle Group’s commitment to social responsibility and community empowerment, ensuring that the benefits of their development projects extend beyond bricks and mortar to enrich the lives of the local community.

“Giving back to our communities remains a core value to Castle Group and the Perera Foundation. In a time where human connection has never been more important, I am proud of the work we continue to do,” says Ritchie Perera, also the founder of the Perera Foundation.

The activation featured:

  • free arts and crafts
