The Facility Management Association of Australia has named
CBRE Service Provider of the Year.
Held on Thursday night at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne, the 2013 FM Industry Awards for Excellence honored the outstanding delivery of facilities management services to
DEXUS Property Group (DEXUS).
This award recognizes a organization that has demonstrated marketing-leading performance in providing contracted facilities management services in Australia.
CBRE was named the winner for facilities management services for a DEXUS portfolio of around 110 office and industrial properties. The portfolio has a net lettable area of approximately 2.7 million square metres.
CBRE Regional Director, Asset Services, Phill Rockliff said the award recognised the partnership approach and focus on innovation that had been nurtured by CBRE’s DEXUS account team, headed by Greg Phipson.
“We have shared a five year journey and partnership with DEXUS and have developed an innovative proposition - FM Plus - that allows our client to focus on value creation and market leadership,” Mr Rockliff said.
