Developer Central Equity has submitted plans for a new $120 million mixed-use development in Melbourne's Southbank.
Central Equity hopes to build a 70-level tower at 268-274 City Road.
The development would include 570 apartments (62 three bedroom, 271 two bedroom and 237 one bedroom), 273sqm of ground floor retail and provision for 221 vehicles and 309 bicycles.
On the 10th level of the building would be a range of amenities including a terrace, pool, gym and cinema.
Designed by Doig Architecture, the development would retain the historic building currently onsite within a podium structure.
