City Shapers Podcast: Episode One — Cbus Property CEO Adrian Pozzo

a7c3f585-d1ac-41d9-a979-b37c785a7274

The Urban Developer has its own podcast!

In our first episode, founder and publisher of The Urban Developer Adam Di Marco will be speaking with Cbus Property chief executive Adrian Pozzo.

Cbus Property is the investment and management arm of Cbus — Australia’s largest super fund for the building and construction industry.

Established in 2006, Cbus Property has grown into one of Australia’s leading businesses with a portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial projects worth over $3 billion.

Over the course of 20 minutes, we’ll be talking about:

  • How Adrian’s love of numbers propelled him from humble bean-counter to the CEO of a $3 billion property giant

  • We look at the changing nature of the property and construction industry here in Australia

  • We’ll explore his portfolio of projects across the country and identify what is important from a design, social and environmental perspective

  • And finally, we’ll hear Adrian’s thoughts on the contentious issue of housing affordability, what inspires him and his team to deliver world-class projects and look at what the future holds for his business and the broader industry.
